Cuppa' Tea

There is something about a cup of tea that is so pleasurable and comforting, no matter what time of day it is. Having tea while reading a book, or hanging out with friends, even if it's 90 degrees out.

Having a good solid black tea is so necessary and I am here to tell you that you won't get any better than Yorkshire Tea. This is definitely a favorite for my family and fellow tea lovers :). Cream and a little honey makes it just perfect for a rainy day with a blanket and a book. 

I also love Earl Grey tea. Another brand that I really like other than Yorkshire, is Harney and Sons. They have a lot of great options and amazing tasting teas! I really enjoy their cherry blossom tea if I want something more fruity and I like their Paris tea as well. 

I enjoy herbals teas at night-time before bed. I really like having peppermint tea with some cream. Sometimes I add honey as well. 

I also like this herbal tea from Trader Joes called Well Rested. (...I know a little corny :) I really like this tea because it has chamomile and peppermint in it. 

Especially in cold weather, sore throats and stuffy noses are common. One of my favorite teas to have when I have a cold is Throat Coat. This tea has a very good taste a really helps to sooth sore throats.
