Another Book Haul

Book Haul

You're probably looking at the amount of books in the picture below and think I'm insane. Stop right there, don't worry, I did not get these books all at once. Over these past few months I've been getting books and I completely forgot to share it with ya'll. So we're just putting all of them into one haul. Let's break it down:

Mark of the Lion series, by Francine Rivers

I got this entire box set from Abebooks for an amazing price. Like I said about Redeeming Love, I will not be reading any of Francine River's books until I'm a bit older. I've heard all of her books are really good, but they are for adults.

Thunderhead & The Toll by, Neal Shusterman

In a previous post I showed ya'll that I got Scythe by Neal Shusterman. Well, spoiler: I read it. I'm really behind on book reviews but I will get to it soon...hopefully ;). These are the following books in the Arc of a Scythe series. I was gifted these books by my wonderful Uncle (Thanks Uncle Bob! ;). 

I also *cough cough* finished reading both of these books. So, keep a lookout for reviews in the near future.

Legendary & Finale by Stephanie Garber

I read Caraval in May and loved it! I originally borrowed and read Legendary from the library and after that decided to purchase the last two books in the series. I've been really enjoying this series, but decided to wait on reading Finale for content reasons. I'll probably wait till next year, just in case.

The Inheritance Games, by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

I went to this cute cafe and there was an entire shelf full of books that said FREE LITTLE LIBRARY. I was blown away. There were tons of popular books on that self FOR FREE. I was super excited to spot this book on the shelf. I read The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes and I've heard this book by her is really good. I'm super excited to give it a try.

Red Queen, by Victoria Aveyard

I also found this book on the free little library shelf. I've been doing research on it and keep saying really mixed reviews; especially content-wise. I think it's the kind of book where you just start reading it and if there's anything you don't like you just stop. The concept of a "clean book" is very different for everyone so we'll have to see, with this book.

The Maze Runner, by James Dashner

I constantly see and hear so much hype surrounding this book, my curiosity won me over. I'm really interested to see what this book is even about. From what I hear, it sounds super crazy. Once I get back into my mood for dystopian books, I can't wait to read this book.

Bone Crier's Moon by, Katherine Purdie

My friend read this book and really liked it. I really trust her book option (most of time ;) and decided to purchase this book. Lately, I've been in the mood for some good fantasy and this book sounds perfect.

Sisters of Sword and Song, by Rebecca Ross

This book is also another recommendation from my girlie. 
She's been constantly ranting about this book and I had to see what all the rave was about. I'm actually currently reading this book and have been really enjoying it. I can't wait to finish it and get to all those plot twists that I've constantly been hearing about!

Finally. I have my own copy of this wonderful masterpiece. I absolutely loved this book and just had to add it to my library. I loved this book so much!

The Nightmare Virus by, Nadine Brandes

I've almost read all of Nadine Brande's stand-alone books and have been wanting to read this one by her for a while now. I finally got it and have been reading it for a book club. I'm super excited!

Of Love & Treason, by Jamie Ogle

A few months ago I read As Sure as the Sea by Jamie Ogle and absolutely loved it. I just had to get this book by her. I love Jamie Ogle's dedication to her stories and her writing is fantastic. 
I'm actually currently reading this book (You can see my bookmark in the picture ;). I'm almost done with it and I love it so far. It's so good!

Red, White & Green, by Ted Dekker

I recently read Black by Ted Dekker, and these are the rest of the books in the Circle Series. My friend got me Red & White (Thank you Liam! :) and I got Green on Abebooks. 

I'm super interested to see where the rest of this series travels.

Tuesday's at the Castle, by Jessica Day George

My little sister and I have been reading this book together for quite a while now and after about 5 checkouts at the library I thought it would be good to just purchase my own copy. I have been really enjoying reading it with her! The story is super cute.
