Baked Oatmeal
Here is a recipe for baked oatmeal! A lot of people haven’t really heard about baked oatmeal, but from where I'm from, everyone loves it! The best way to eat it is warm with milk. You can also put fruit on it or in it like peaches, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries!
Recipe:
4 Eggs
1 cup of Sugar or maple syrup
1 Cup of Oil
4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
6 cups quick oats
2 cups milk
Instructions:
Mix the salt and baking powder together.
Mix the eggs, sugar and oil together in either a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
*Add Vanilla or Almond extract with first step (eggs/sugar/oil) if you prefer
*You can use "Old Fashioned" Oats for a more Granola Textured oatmeal
Place into NON-Greased pan
350F 50-55min.
